VENDOR TERMS & AGREEMENT •. Southwest Florida House Rabbit Rescue cannot promise or guarantee that no other vendor at the event will be offering, promoting, or selling a similar product or service. • You will be provided with an 8’ table. Displays must be completely contained within your space. Please do not plan for additional room around the table or wall space for signage. However, you may hang signs from the front of the table. •. Setup will take place the morning of the event, Sunday, March 22, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Spaces are assigned; you will find a sign on your table with your name. Please find a BunFest volunteer if you need assistance. •. This is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather, acts of nature, or cancellation within 30 days of the scheduled event. All activities will be held indoors. • Due to the nature of the vendor application process, vendors may not sublet space, and vendor spaces cannot be shared. •. You are responsible for cleaning your space before you leave. Please dispose of all trash and recyclables properly. The recreation center will break down tables. •.
